Drink Socially

Some of us are social drinker but tend to get a little more tipsy then we would like so how do we manage ourselves while keeping up with the rest of them? Here is how.

Instructions

1. *Clubbing

When going out to a bar or a club some of us need the courage, just a little boost, to be able to shake it on the dance floor. Allow yourself to drink 2 beers to 1 shot or a strong mixed drink. Drink your drink(s) at a good rate (not chug nor sip) just to get a small buzz that will ware off by the nights end.

2. Drink a bottle/cup of water in-between every 1 to 2 beers/mixed drink/shot to keep a buzz but to ensure you won't be drunk. Stop drinking 1 1/2 to 2 hours prior to you leaving the bar/club. Drink some water 30 mins before you leave to rehydrate yourself.

3. * Social Outting

When attending a social outting of some sort it is in your best interest to not be drunk and maybe not even buzzing for there is a small chance you will stick out unless everyone else is enjoying them selves as well. Be sure to sip your drinks and drink water occasionally to be sure you do not become impaired or buzzed if you wish not to be. Enjoy the company of others as well as enjoying your drinks just not to much. Water will keep you hydrated and keep you alert.

4. When you get home by a safe means of transportation no matter what condition your in (buzzed driving is drunk driving) take 2 asprin/tylenol/IB Profen before bed to ensure no headachs in the morning and be sure to drink plenty of water. Some of us are more prone to headaches and stomach aches then others so please do not skip out on meals or snacking or most importantly water. Your body can only handle one beer per hour inorder for your liver to operate correctly.
