An online MBA could prove worthless if your university isn't accredited by a regional accrediting agency.
It's a small detail that's easy to overlook. But it's a detail that could make your new MBA valuable or utterly worthless to employers. That detail is your online school's regional accreditation, a designation colleges and universities earn in order to be recognized as viable places of higher learning. With a plethora of online colleges and universities from which to choose, it's quite simple for anyone to make up an accreditation title, tack it on to the school's name and crank out diplomas. Before you invest the necessary time, money and effort into obtaining your MBA online, you should confirm that your degree will have true legitimacy and merit.
