VIsas allow immigrants to work in the United States.

Every fiscal year, more than 140,000 U.S. employment-based immigrant visas are made available to foreigners. Work visas are required for any immigrant wanting to work in the United States. Visas grant immigrants access to live and work anywhere in the United States; there is a step-by-step process to attaining one.
