Two-year physical therapy assistant programs
A physical therapy assistant generally works in a clinic or hospital setting under the direction of a physical therapist. It is the assistant's responsibility to aid in patient treatment regimens, prepare equipment for use and sometimes act in an administrative position. Physical therapy assistant programs are generally two years in length and usually award Associate of Applied Science degrees.
