Celebrate Preschool Graduation

Many parents are emotional when their little one heads off to preschool. It is even more difficult to watch your preschooler walk across the stage to receive his preschool diploma. Celebrating a child's preschool graduation can be an emotional time, but it also is a time to celebrate your child's academic and social accomplishments. Take this day to celebrate with friends and family and to make your preschooler feel special.

Instructions

1. Wake your child on their preschool graduation day and make a special breakfast together. You can take this time to discuss what the day will bring and to ask your child questions about how he is feeling about his graduation day.

2. Dress your child in a special outfit on her preschool graduation day. Allow your child to bring a special stuffed animal to her preschool graduation to comfort her if she would like.

3. Bring your child flowers on his preschool graduation. This is the first real accomplishment that he has had in his lifetime, so make him feel special with a small bouquet or a balloon bouquet. Bring bubbles to celebrate this day as well.

4. Celebrate your child's preschool graduation with a small party after the ceremony. Invite some close classmates for the children to play together. Exchange numbers with mothers in the class to keep in contact over the summer.

5. Write your child's teacher a letter thanking her for all she has taught your child.
