Rutgers University Phd Programs

Rutgers, the state university of New Jersey, was originally a private institution founded as Queens College in 1766. By 1956, the university took on its present form, with campuses in Newark, New Brunswick and Camden. Today, Rutgers claims more than 50,000 students enrolled in its 280 degree granting programs, including numerous doctoral programs.


Ph.D. in Education


This doctoral education program is designed to prepare students to become academic, government or private-sector researchers. The business program at Rutgers Business School allows graduates to pursue teaching positions at business schools in the United States and abroad. The business college also offers doctoral degrees in international business, economics, management science, finance, organization management, supply chain management and five other areas of study.
