F.J. McGuigan Dissertation Award
The American Psychological Association offers the F.J. McGuigan Dissertation Award, which provides funding of up to $2,000 for dissertation research. Applicants must be graduate students in a psychology program in an accredited college in either the United States or Canada. Applicants must have approval for their dissertation topic prior to their application.
Annette U. Rickel Dissertation Award
The American Psychological Foundation offers the Annette U. Rickel Dissertation Award, which provides assistance for students in graduate programs who improve services for children and families. The funding for the scholarship provides up to $1,000. In order to be eligible, applicants should be in a college in the United States or Canada as well as having approval of their dissertation.
Esther Katz Rosen Graduate Student Fellowship
The American Psychological Foundation provides funding for a psychological understanding of gifted and talented children. The fellowship provides funding of $25,000 at most for the award. The fellow is provided with a tuition waiver but must maintain good academic standing in the United States or Canada.
