Many scholarships are available for study in the U.K.
Universities in the U.K. offer a range of scholarships for Bachelor's, Master's, Doctorate and Post Doctorate students. These scholarships can be based on parental income or on academic merit and are available to national and international students. Some are specifically intended to pay tuition fees, whereas others are general scholarships for living expenses.
City University
Cass Business School is part of City University. According the Guardian University Guide, it is among the top five ranked schools in the U.K. It offers a limited number of undergraduate and postgraduate scholarships for international students, including the QS International Scholarship, which offers four half-fee scholarships, for two male and two female students, as well as the Santandar Scholarship, which gives five students from Iberoamerican countries £10,000 towards their studies. The school also offers a range of scholarships for Masters of Business Administration (MBA) students, including the Vico Von Bulow Scholarship, which is a £10, 000 award that is open to anyone of any nationality, and the Ethos South Africa MBA scholarship, which provides £39,000 to be spent on living expenses and course fees. This scholarship is only available to full time students.

The University of Edinburgh
The University of Edinburgh offers post doctoral bursaries of up to £10,000. According to the Institute for Advanced Studies in the Humanities homepage, this year's bursaries "are tenable for Fellowships of three to nine months, in the period 1 September 2010 - 31 August 2011." They are available to any student in the areas of Humanities and Social Sciences whose research is in line with the Institute for Advanced Studies research themes. Interdisciplinary candidates are also eligible to apply. Candidates must have been awarded a doctorate degree within the last three years and must not have already held a permanent position at a university. They also must not have been previously granted an Institute for Advanced Studies Fellowship.
For International Master's students, the University also offers the Global Master's scholarship. There are 20 awards available for students of any discipline. Each award is for £3,000 and is available for one academic year. Students from over sixteen countries are eligible, including tose from the United States, Thailand and India.

The University of Huddersfield
The Patrick Stewart Scholarship Scheme is awarded in honor of the University's Chancellor and aims to make study more affordable for international students. It focuses on those with a high academic ability who would not otherwise have been able to complete higher education. Five awards are offered, each with a value of £5,000. They are intended to be spent on tuition fees.
