Tour Milton Academy







Milton Academy is located in Milton, Massachusetts. It is a coed college preparatory academy for students in grades 9 through 12. The academy focuses on providing its students with intellectual freedom. A tour of the campus is recommended for prospective students and their parents.


Instructions


1. Take a virtual tour to get a feel for the campus. Go to the main website for Milton Academy. Select the "Admissions" link. Click on "Take a Virtual Tour."


2. Call the Office of Admissions. Summer visits may be scheduled Monday through Thursday between 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. During the fall, visits are allowed on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday between 8:15 a.m. and 2:15 p.m. Wednesday visits are offered between 8:15 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. You need to call the Office of Admissions at (617) 898-2227 to schedule a visit.


3. Interview with the Admissions Committee. Milton Academy requires prospective students and their parents to interview with a member of the Admissions Committee. Parents and students will both be interviewed separately to determine if the student is a good match for the program.


4. Attend summer camp. There are several summer camps hosted by Milton Academy. These camps include academic and athletic camps. There are also programs for computer, art and drama.








5. Stop in at the Schwartz Student Center. The center offers a common area, snack bar and recreational activities. Other facilities on campus include eight residence houses, Forbes Dining Hall, Ayer Observatory and Apthorp Chapel.
