Savannah Technical College
Savannah Technical College offers students the opportunity to earn two-year associates degrees, diplomas or certificates in fields of study including criminal justice, accounting, barbering, marketing, medical assisting, cosmetology and aircraft electrical assembly. Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED, plus complete a placement exam. While on campus, students can participate in clubs such as the Air Conditioning Technology Club, Cosmetology and Nail Technician, Savannah Chefs Association Junior Chapter, Surgical Technology Club and honor societies. A library is also available. Savannah Technical College offers students financial aid such as the Georgia HOPE grant, military benefits and GI bill, plus other scholarships. The school has a special facility in Ft. Stewart to serve Army personnel (the main campus is in Decatur, GA) which includes an EMS lab, classrooms and auditorium.

Central Texas College: Fort Stewart & Hunter Army Airfield
Students in Georgia can receive a Texas education at the Central Texas College: Fort Stewart & Hunter Army Airfield location. The school caters to military students (it was originally an anti-aircraft artillery training center) and still has buildings dating back to World War II. The school offers six associates' degree programs in mental health/social work, teaching, information technology, applied management, general studies and homeland security.
