As the only 100-percent-online nursing school in the United States, Indiana State University offers a fully accredited nursing program for LPNs who want to further their careers with a Bachelor of Science in nursing. Earn your general education and elective college credits and use the school's learning modules to pass college equivalency exams. Clinical hours are required to be completed locally with a preceptor.
