Architecture Colleges In Spain

Many colleges across Spain offer architecture as a major.

Spain offers numerous "escuelas de arquitectura," schools of architecture. The colleges award "first cycle" degrees in architecture for three-year programs, after which students enroll in "second cycle" courses to specialize in the field. Upon completing the "Arquitecto Superior" degree, students may enroll in a two-year doctoral program.

Universidad Politecnica de Valencia

The Universidad Politecnica de Valencia offers first- and second-cycle courses leading to Technical Architect and Architect degrees. Although most classes are taught in Spanish, the college offers up to 140 classes in English and Valenciano. Students may take courses in Spanish language, as well. The school's website, which is available in English, displays information on the city of Valencia, requirements for foreign students and frequently asked questions.
