The Road King Police features an isolation-mounteded, 103-cubic-inch -- or 1,690 cc -- air-cooled, twin-cam V-twin engine with electronic sequential port fuel injection, producing 102 foot-pounds of torque at 2,500 rpm. The engine has an Engine Idle Temperature Management System, which reduces heat by disabling the rear cylinder when not needed. The bike has Harley's six-speed Cruise Drive transmission.
